The technical support is amazing. They have all the answers and they are always there to give them to you. Nothing is too much trouble.
You don't have to sign any contracts to keep you locked in, there are no setup fees, you won't find any nasty surprises anywhere. In fact if you are not happy with their service at any point during the first 30 days and decide to leave they will refund your hosting fees at any point during the first 30 days. So what have you got to loose?
If I had to find something to moan about I could mention the control panel. They use Plesk Panels which is just fine once you learn where everything is. Oh, and they can charge a small fee for transferring in domains from other hosting providers and you will of course also have to pay the usual domain fees for each different domain, but that's fair enough isn't it? The point is you will only pay one hosting providers fee.

They really do offer unrivalled reliability not possible by regular internet hosting packages. As of Jan 2012 the last failure occurred around 18 months ago. That is astonishing reliability, by any standards.
Unlike many other shared hosting providers, they also have extremely safe systems in place which prevent anyone from causing damage to your site. Put simply, most other regular website hosting providers put security locks on the front door, but these guys put locks on all the doors inside as well.
